Start with Speaking felt stuck in scattered ideas and unclear priorities. Despite having expertise and a following, they lacked a coherent brand narrative, a targeted audience focus and a concrete action plan leaving them overwhelmed about next steps and growth.
2. Our Approach
When we first sat down with the founder of Start with Speaking, it felt more like a friendly strategy chat than a stiff consultancy kick-off. We spent that initial hour diving into their goals, frustrations and the little “tells” that make their audience tick.
Next, we asked their followers a few pointed questions a quick pulse-check survey to see which parts of the message really resonated, and which were falling flat. That insight let us sketch out their Pack and focus on the people who truly moved the needle.
Armed with that clarity, we moved into narrative mode. We built a simple story framework think of it as your brand’s spine and three messaging pillars to make sure every email, post and page felt unmistakably on-brand.
